Organic Rio Asoba Blend (TM)
A terrific blend of light and darker roasted coffees from farmer cooperatives in Guatemala and elsewhere, this cup seems to reveal more of its essence after cooling a bit. Great for morning or evening; it even shows off its flavor with rich desserts.

  DECAF Adagio Blend (TM)
This blend offers full-body, medium acidity, well-balanced and earthy flavors, and a slightly smoky aftertaste. It's hard to believe this is decaffeinated, but it is!

Ethiopia Yrgachefe
Pronounced "Ya-Got-Cha-Fay," we think this is Ethiopia's best coffee, hands down. This full-bodied varietal offers a uniquely rich, fruity, and fragrant cup, with flowery overtones and a mysteriously resonating aftertaste. The beautiful, bright-eyed and joyful people who cultivate this coffee have somehow managed to convey their buoyant spirit into this bean.

Kenya AA
With all Kenyan coffees rated by the Coffee Board of Kenya, this highest rated grade is intensely flavored, offers medium acidity, and has a distinctively dry and winy aftertaste. What the French word "terroir" is to oenophiles, this Kenya AA is to coffee lovers. It clearly reveals the geographic character of the climate's soil, geography and altitude.

Organic Serious French Roast (TM)
Roast styles go from light to dark, from light "cinnamon" to this very dark French Roast. Our roastmaster's early training was received in the San Francisco Bay area, where dark roasting was perfected in America. And this 100% organic brew reflects his early roasting influence; it has a very strong bittersweet character with little acidity.

Stevedores' Voyage (TM)
A tribute to the usually unrecognized people who perform the strenuous labor of transporting green coffee to our shores, roastery and mugs. A great espresso blend, Stevedores' Voyage is formulated with light and dark roasted beans. The recipe formulation was designed to provide flavor through all sectors of the palette, thereby yielding balanced shots for straight espressos.

Sumatra G-1 Mandheling
